Reciprocal Courses

I am pleased to inform members of Pyecombe that a number of reciprocal arrangements are in place, providing additional benefits for being a member of our club.

Conditions by which we can avail ourselves of these opportunities are also listed, and I request that all members respect these processes.

Local Reciprocal Arrangements

Members are allowed two visits per year, per course. All bookings must be made through the office.
Please give at least one week's notice. It should be noted that some of our reciprocal clubs will only confirm your booking one week in advance. No green fees are payable.
Generally speaking, clubs will only allow up to one 4-ball per club per day. Additional charges apply for larger groups.

Mid Sussex League Clubs

As a result of the Mid Sussex League agreement, members may arrange to play at other Mid Sussex League courses, by contacting other member clubs directly.

Association of 1894 Courses (Dec18)

A reciprocal arrangement has been agreed by a number of golf clubs that were formed in 1894. There are a number of mutual playing benefits for all members within the association of clubs spread around the country. Please see the right column of the table below for the conditions applicable.

Association of James Braid Courses

RULES

1.   Tee reservations must be made in advance (at least 24 hours), stating you are booking under the 'Association of James Braid Courses' scheme.
2.   You will be required to provide proof of home club to Professional on your arrival – either handicap certificate or barcard.
3.   Bookings will only be accepted based on the Club's tee availability.
4.   The green fee being charged is equivalent to the member's guest rate.
5.   Green fees valid for both Ladies and Gentlemen.
6.   These rates are for members only and not a group/society members.
